Army Credentialing Assistance (CA)

The Army Credentialing Assistance (CA) Program offers Soldiers the opportunity to obtain professional and technical certifications. This program, much like the Army’s Tuition Assistance program, provides financial support to Soldiers who seek to gain credentials that are recognized by industries, either academic or vocational. Importantly, these credentials do not need to be related to the Soldier’s Military Occupational Specialty (MOS).
As a voluntary program conducted during off-duty hours, it plays a significant role in enhancing the overall readiness of the Army. It aids in the professional growth of Soldiers, helps retain top-tier personnel, and equips Soldiers with valuable skills for a smooth transition to civilian careers after their military service.
